Before extraction starts, our geology team maps the distribution of CaCO₃ purity across the depth and surface of the deposit through grid sampling and laboratory analysis of drill cores, so that only blocks with consistently high purity (typically above 98% at source) are identified and marked. This initial selection is the foundation of every later stage: a product that starts from the wrong rock can never be fully corrected at any processing step. Our micronized calcium carbonate has a base purity of 98–99.5% CaCO₃, verified by XRF spectrometry on every production batch. Certified lab documentation is issued with export shipments on request.
Which mesh grades and particle sizes are available?
Twelve micronized grades from mesh 200 to mesh 3500, with a typical D97 particle size ranging from about 74 microns down to sub-10 microns. Particle-size distribution is measured by laser diffraction.
What is the difference between coated and uncoated calcium carbonate?
Uncoated (plain) powder is a general-purpose mineral filler. Coated powder is surface-treated with stearic acid for better dispersion and moisture resistance in PVC compounds, plastics and masterbatch. Both lines are available across the finer mesh grades.
