MAD KOOHZAD is an Iranian producer and exporter of high-purity micronized calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), operating its own calcite mining and processing lines. We supply industrial buyers across Iraq, Kuwait, the UAE and the wider region with mineral quality they can specify, verify, and count on shipment after shipment.
From a single deposit to a certified export shipment
Our operation begins at the mine, not at the mixer. A geology team maps CaCO₃ purity across each deposit so only stable, high-purity calcite (typically above 98% at source) enters production. Controlled blasting, two-stage crushing, calibrated milling and air classification then turn that rock into precise mesh grades — while an in-house mineral laboratory checks every batch before it is packed. This end-to-end control is why a buyer's hundredth shipment matches their first.
What we produce
Twelve micronized mesh grades from 200 to 3500 (typical D97 from 74 microns down to sub-10 microns), in both uncoated and stearic-acid-coated families, at 98–99.5% base purity. Grades are engineered for PVC compounds and profiles, paints and coatings, paper, plastics and masterbatch, adhesives and sealants, and construction materials.
