Quality assurance and shipment documentation
Every MAD KOOHZAD shipment is backed by in-house laboratory verification and, on request, certified documentation. Rather than a single stamp, quality is proven batch by batch against the specification you order.
XRF purity analysis
CaCO₃ purity is verified by X-ray fluorescence (XRF) spectrometry on production batches, confirming the base mineral purity stated on the technical sheet (98–99.5%).
Laser particle-size analysis
Particle-size distribution (D97) is measured by laser diffraction so each mesh grade — from 200 to 3500 — matches its declared fineness.
Whiteness & brightness index
Whiteness and brightness are measured for every grade, a decisive property for paint, paper and premium plastic applications.
Moisture & oil absorption
Moisture content and oil absorption are tested and controlled, directly affecting dispersion and formulation cost in PVC, paint and polymer compounds.
Per-shipment documentation
Certified lab documentation (XRF purity, laser particle-size analysis, whiteness index) is issued with export shipments on request, so your incoming QC has paperwork that matches the material.
Money-back quality guarantee
If a received shipment fails to meet the agreed specification, the entire batch is taken back and the payment refunded in full — our standing guarantee to industrial buyers.
